The MPJ Tubing Metal Weight Calculator is designed to calculate the theoretical weight of a comprehensive range of seamless and welded industrial tubes and pipes. The calculator supports numerous materials, grades, and product types used across oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, chemical processing, marine, pharmaceutical, food processing, and engineering industries.
Supported product types include: Stainless Steel Seamless Tubes, Stainless Steel Welded Tubes, EFW Tubes, Instrumentation Tubes, Hydraulic Tubes, Capillary Tubes, Boiler Tubes, Heat Exchanger Tubes, Condenser Tubes, Mechanical Tubes, High Pressure Tubes, U-Bend Tubes, Finned Tubes, Process Pipes, and other precision tubing products.
Supported stainless steel grades include: 304, 304H, 304L, 310, 310H, 310S, 316, 316H, 316L, 316Ti, 317/317L, 321/321H, 347/347H, 904L, and 253MA Stainless Steel.
The calculator also supports Duplex Stainless Steel grades S31803, S31500, S32205 (2205) and Super Duplex Stainless Steel grades S32750 and S32760.
In addition, weight calculations are available for Nickel Alloys including Inconel 600, Inconel 625, Incoloy 800, Incoloy 825, Hastelloy C22, Hastelloy C276, Monel 400, Nickel 200, Nickel 201, Titanium Grades 2, 3, 7, 9 & 12, Cupro Nickel 90/10 & 70/30, as well as Aluminium, Copper, and Brass tubing.
All calculations are based on the selected material density and standard engineering formulas, providing fast and reliable theoretical weight estimates for procurement, quotation preparation, logistics planning, inventory management, and industrial project estimation.
