Medium and High-Pressure Tubes
MPJ Tubing Solutions LLP manufacturers medium and high-pressure tubing for a range of critical applications in several industries. Our products are crucial in oil and gas extraction projects, as well as in commercial and military aerospace programmes.
Operating conditions can require our products to be rated up to 60,000psi operating pressure and with tensile strengths greater than 220ksi (1,515MPa).
Oil and Gas Applications
Our medium and high-pressure tubing is used in the most hostile downhole conditions including deepwater and sour oil well projects. Applications include precision instrumentation, chemical injection, and monitoring applications for downhole tools.
Alloys
MPJ Tubing Solutions LLP offers a wide range of corrosion stainless steel, duplex, and super duplex alloys. Titanium grades and nickel alloys are also available.
Sizes
Typical sizes for medium and high-pressure applications start at 1.6mm (0.063”) OD up to 38.1mm (1 1/2″) OD.
NORSOK Accreditation
NORSOK accreditation verifies that a manufacturer has met the global requirements for the oil and gas sector. Our NORSOK-accredited alloys include 625, 825, Monel® 400, 904L, super duplex, 6Mo, 316/316L, 904L, and Ti Grade 2.
