Titanium Grade 3 U Tube is a specialized heat exchanger tube made from Grade 3 titanium, a commercially pure titanium alloy. Grade 3 titanium contains low levels of impurities, offering excellent corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties, making it a suitable choice for heat transfer applications.

The U-shaped design of these tubes allows for efficient heat transfer between two fluid streams in heat exchanger systems. The Grade 3 titanium material used in these tubes provides superior corrosion resistance, making them particularly suitable for applications involving aggressive chemicals, brackish water, or seawater.

The Titanium Grade 3 U Tube is available in a range of sizes to cater to various heat exchange requirements. The outer diameter of the tubes can range from 12.00 mm to 90.00 mm, providing options for different industrial and commercial applications. The tube’s U-shaped configuration ensures a compact design, making it suitable for installations with limited space while maximizing heat exchange surface area.

Additionally, the wall thickness of the Titanium Grade 3 U Tube varies from 0.50 mm to 6.00 mm. This variation in wall thickness allows for the selection of tubes that can withstand specific pressure and temperature conditions, ensuring optimal performance and durability.

The tube length extends up to 12 meters, offering versatility in heat exchanger system design and installation. Longer tubes can be employed in applications requiring extended heat exchange surfaces, while shorter tubes are used in situations with space constraints.
