Titanium Grade 7 U Tube Manufacturer
U TUBES: ASTM B338 Titanium Grade 7 U Tube | ASME SB338 Titanium Grade 7 U Tube | DIN 3.7235 U Tube | UNS R52400 U Tube
ASTM B338 Titanium Grade 7 U Tubes, Titanium Gr 7 U Tubing, Titanium DIN 3.7235 U Tubes, Titanium Alloy Grade 7 U Tubo, ASME SB338 Titanium Grade 7 U Tubing Manufacturer in India, Titanium Grade 7 Seamless U Tubes Supplier in Qatar, Alloy Grade 7 U Tubing Exporter in Australia.
Titanium Grade 7 U Tube is a specialized heat exchanger tube made from Grade 7 titanium, an alloy that contains small amounts of palladium. Grade 7 titanium offers enhanced corrosion resistance, particularly in reducing environments, making it well-suited for heat transfer applications in challenging and corrosive conditions.
The U-shaped design of these tubes allows for efficient heat transfer between two fluid streams in heat exchanger systems. The Grade 7 titanium material used in these tubes provides superior resistance to corrosion, making them particularly suitable for handling aggressive chemicals, acidic solutions, and seawater.
The Titanium Grade 7 U Tube is available in a range of sizes to cater to different heat exchange requirements. The outer diameter of the tubes can vary from 12.00 mm to 90.00 mm, providing options for various industrial processes and system sizes. The U-shaped configuration ensures a compact design, optimizing space utilization and maximizing the heat exchange surface area.
Moreover, the wall thickness of the Titanium Grade 7 U Tube ranges from 0.50 mm to 6.00 mm. This variation in wall thickness allows for the selection of tubes that can withstand specific pressure and temperature conditions, ensuring reliable heat transfer performance.
The tube length extends up to 12 meters, offering versatility in heat exchanger system design and installation. Longer tubes can be used in applications that require extended heat exchange surfaces, while shorter tubes are suitable for projects with space constraints.
