Extruded Fin Tube Manufacturer

Stainless Steel Extruded Fin Tube Manufacturer in India, Steel Extruded Fin Tube Exporter in Australia.

Extruded fin tubes are a type of extended surface heat exchanger tubes that feature fins formed by an extrusion process. These tubes are designed to enhance heat transfer between fluids in various industrial applications, particularly in air-cooled heat exchangers and similar heat transfer equipment.

The extrusion process involves pushing a metal billet through a die to create the desired fin shape on the outer surface of the tube. The fins are integral to the tube, meaning they are formed from the same piece of metal as the base tube, resulting in a strong bond between the fins and the tube.

Extruded fin tubes offer several advantages: The finned surface increases the overall heat transfer area. Excellent heat transfer performance. Robust and durable heat exchanger component. Extruded fin tubes can be manufactured from various materials, including aluminum, copper, and stainless steel, depending on the specific application requirements.

Extruded fin tubes find widespread use in various industries, including power generation, petrochemical, HVAC, and refrigeration. They are commonly employed in air-cooled heat exchangers, air coolers, condensers, and other applications where efficient heat dissipation is critical.
