Titanium Grade 7 Instrumentation Tubing Manufacturer

ASTM B338 Titanium Grade 7 Instrumentation Tubing, Titanium Gr 7 Instrumentation Tube, Titanium DIN 3.7235 Instrumentation Tubing, Titanium Alloy Grade 7 Instrumentation Tubo, ASME SB338 Titanium Grade 7 Instrumentation Tube Manufacturer in India, Titanium Grade 7 Instrumentation Tubes Supplier in Qatar, Alloy Grade 7 Instrumentation Tube Exporter in Australia.

Titanium Grade 7 is a titanium alloy that offers a unique combination of properties, making it suitable for specific applications, including instrumentation tubing. Also known as Ti-Pd, Grade 7 contains palladium as an alloying element, which imparts enhanced corrosion resistance, particularly in reducing acid environments.

Instrumentation tubing made from Titanium Grade 7 is well-suited for use in industries where exposure to strong reducing acids, such as sulfuric acid, is a common occurrence. Its superior corrosion resistance in such environments ensures the tubing’s longevity and reliability, reducing maintenance and replacement costs.

Similar to other titanium alloys, Grade 7 instrumentation tubing is available in various outer diameters, ranging from 12.00 mm to 90.00 mm, catering to a wide array of project requirements. The tubing’s wall thickness can be customized, typically ranging from 0.50 mm to 6.00 mm, allowing engineers to select the optimal balance between strength and weight for their specific applications.

The tubing is often offered in lengths of up to 12 meters, providing the advantage of seamless installations with fewer joints. This seamless design minimizes the risk of leakage points, ensuring safe and efficient fluid or gas transportation in critical systems.

To guarantee quality and performance, Titanium Grade 7 instrumentation tubing conforms to international standards such as ASTM, ASME, DIN EN (GERMAN), NF (AFNOR), and JIS (JAPAN). These standards ensure that the tubing meets strict manufacturing and testing requirements, making it a reliable choice for various industries, including chemical processing, petrochemical, and marine applications.
