Titanium Grade 2 Welded Tube Manufacturer
WELDED: ASTM B338 Titanium Grade 2 Welded Tube | ASME SB338 Titanium Grade 2 Welded Tube | DIN 3.7035 Welded Tube | UNS R50400 Welded Tube
ASTM B338 Titanium Grade 2 Welded Tubes, Titanium Gr 2 Welded Tubing, Titanium DIN 3.7035 Welded Tubes, Titanium Alloy Grade 2 Welded Tubo, ASME SB338 Titanium Grade 2 Welded Tubing Manufacturer in India, Titanium Grade 2 ERW Tubes Supplier in Qatar, Alloy Grade 2 Welded Tubing Exporter in Australia.
Titanium Grade 2 Welded Tube is a specialized type of titanium tube crafted from Grade 2 titanium alloy, which is known for its exceptional corrosion resistance and good strength. Being unalloyed and commercially pure, Grade 2 titanium is widely used across various industrial applications due to its excellent weldability and formability. The welded tube type signifies that it is manufactured by welding together sections of titanium, making it distinct from seamless tubes. With an outer diameter range spanning from 12.00 mm to 90.00 mm, and wall thickness varying between 0.50 mm to 6.00 mm, this tube offers versatility to cater to different requirements. Moreover, the length can extend up to an impressive 12 meters, providing flexibility for various projects and applications.
To ensure high-quality standards, the Titanium Grade 2 Welded Tube adheres to multiple specifications set by renowned organizations. These include the ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) standards, ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) codes, and the DIN EN (Deutsches Institut für Normung European Norm) standards, among others. By conforming to these specifications, the titanium welded tube meets stringent quality, safety, and performance standards, making it suitable for global markets and diverse applications.
Given its corrosion-resistant properties and remarkable strength-to-weight ratio, this type of titanium welded tube finds widespread use in industries like chemical processing, marine equipment, aerospace, medical devices, and more. In chemical processing, the tube’s resistance to corrosive environments makes it ideal for transporting and storing chemicals safely. In marine applications, where exposure to saltwater and harsh conditions is common, Grade 2 titanium’s corrosion resistance ensures longevity and reliability. Aerospace and aviation industries benefit from titanium’s lightweight nature, enhancing fuel efficiency and overall performance. Moreover, titanium’s biocompatibility and non-toxicity make it an excellent material for medical devices, implants, and surgical instruments.
